RIGHT TO CANCEL
We offer all our customers the right to cancel their order before dispatch. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price of the original goods and delivery charges. To cancel your order, you need to inform us by e-mail email@example.com or contact us on 07775 627183.
For orders that have been dispatched please refer to our returns policy.
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 21 days of the dispatch date, providing it has been unopened and the seals are intact. We offer a full refund (less postage and packaging) once we have received them. Due to the health and safety nature of our products, items must be returned in a saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund.
Products are to be returned at your cost and we recommend using a tracked, insured service to ensure safe return of goods.
DAMAGED GOOD AND RETURNS
We recommend you open all orders received within 24 hours of receipt and should any of our products arrive damaged or seals broken in transit, we ask that you report it within 48 hours of receipt and return your item within 21 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer an exchange or a full refund once we have received them.
Any damaged products not reported within 48 hours and returned within 21 days of receipt will be deemed as accepted by you and you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We recommend using a tracked and signed, insured service to ensure safe return of goods. Products sent back which are lost in-transit will not be processed as returns.
If for any reason you have received the wrong products, or there are products missing, then please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, supplying us with your original order No and an image of the products received. Wrong products must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging, with their seals intact for an exchange.
If you have received the wrong products or there are shortages, postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for the return dispatch.
