Arimedadi tailam is traditional Ayurvedic Oil used for Gandusha or oil pulling. Oil pulling is an ancient daily practice in Ayurveda that involves swishing oil in the mouth for oral, systemic health benefit and excellent for promoting overall dental health.
Incorporate this tradition in your routine after you brush your teeth every day or a few times a week for healthy gums and teeth.
Note: We recommend 1 teaspoon once /twice a week or rubbing this oil into your gums with your fingers daily before rinsing with warm water is sufficient for healthy oral hygiene.
Our oils are traditional Ayurvedic Oils and therefore have a therapeutic and medicinal value. Due to their medicinal benefit can be quite strong in taste and odour, so can be diluted before using.

Khadira (Acacia cathechu), Arimeda (Acacia Leucophloea), Karpoora (), Manjista (Rubia cordifolia), Musta (Cyperus rotundus), Tvak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), Haridra (Curcuma longa), Yastimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Svedachandana (Santalum album), Raktachandana (Pterocarpus santalinus), Triphala, Nagkesara (Mesua Ferrea), Daruharidra (Berberis aristata), Lodhra (Symplocus racemosa), Jatiphala (Myristica fragrans), Lavanga (Syzygium Aromaticum), Ela (Elettaria cardamomum), Ushira (Vetiveria zizanoides), Nagakesara (Ficus Benghalensis), Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa), Agaru (Aquilaria Agallocha), Kankola (Pipper Cubeba), Brihati (Solanum indicum), Laksha (Lacifer lacca), Gambhari (Gmelina arborea), Katphala (Myrica Esculenta), Yavasaka (Alhagi Pseudalhagi), Padmaka (Prunus Cerasoides), Lajjalu (Mimosa Pudika) and Tila Taila (sesame oil).
Suggested use
Warm 10 ml of oil and swish around the mouth for at least 2 minutes. Spit out the oil and rinse with warm water OR Massage 4-5 drops of oil into the gums for 2 minutes and rinse with luke warm water.
Contradictions
Those with Sinusitis should use this oil as advised by a practitioner.
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
