DISCOUNT & COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Under our Practitioners Trade Account scheme, we offer various discount structures for bulk orders when ordering over 3 or more single or multiple products.
For our commission scheme, 20% of each purchase made using a client voucher code is split between the client and their practitioner. The client receives their 5% discount on each individual purchase made whilst the practitioner receives a 15% commission bonus on every sale.
To register for our trade discounts and commission scheme Practitioners must register to open a trade account with us. A discount voucher code specific for you will then be generated for your clients to use when shopping with us.
Only one Discount/Commission structure may be applied to each purchase. If your clients qualify for our bulk discount then they will not be legible for the 5% discount.
Trade discount: we offer registered trade account holders 20% off our herbal range when purchasing 1 -5 of the same product and 40% when purchasing 6+ of the same product.
Self Care Range: 10% will be applied for 1 -5 of the same product and 20% for 6+ of the same.
The practitioner may request to withdraw from the scheme at any time. This bonus is paid direct into the practitioner’s bank account via BACS payment. Payments are made every quarter after they are earnt; if commissions do not reach £5 by payment day, they will not be paid until the following quarter.
By agreeing to these terms & conditions you understand that we cannot guarantee this payment is made on the same day each quarter and that payments may be held for over a month before being processed. Discounts do not apply to all items.
* Please note that discounts and commissions do not apply to already discounted items. Only one discount scheme can be applied to every order.
VOUCHER CODE USAGE
All voucher codes associated with the Triveda Practitioner Trade Account scheme can only to be used by the registered user and no other persons, customers, clients or practitioners. Triveda Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend a practitioners and/or clients card scheme upon confirming a transaction has been processed by an unregistered user.
List Prices The bulk discounts off online prices are available to both practitioners and online customers. The practitioners’ client discount code cannot be used in conjunction with the bulk discounts. The prices are correct at the time of going live online, however we reserve the right to amend prices due to the event of seasonal and market fluctuations without notice. All prices for the Goods are in £ Sterling, if paying in Euros the current bank exchange rates will apply.
TO PLACE AN ORDER
Trade Account: To open a trade account with us please fill and return the Practitioners Trade Account Form online with a copy of your Ayurvedic qualification certificate. Once a trade account has been set up you will receive an account activation link, once activated you can log into your account using a password to place an order through our website,
If for any reason you are unable to place an order through our website, please email us your order at email@example.com and we will raise a Pro forma invoice
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
The prices listed are correct at the time of going to print, however we reserve the right to discontinue or amend prices due to the event of seasonal and market fluctuations without notice. Trade prices apply to Practitioners and Trade Account holders only. All prices for the Goods are in £ Sterling, if paying in Euros the current bank exchange rates will apply.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer all our customers the right to cancel their order before dispatch or return their order and request a refund for any products damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt.

Practitioners prescribing herbal supplements to their clients must be solely liable to check what prescription medication their clients are currently taking and intend to also take nutritional or herbal supplements purchased from Triveda Ltd that the combination of their prescription medication and supplements or natural remedies are suitable.
We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect, or consequential) which may arise from clients buying supplements recommended by their practitioners through our website.
