Product description

Our unique blend is formulated to support a sluggish bowel that is hypo functioning. It increases peristalsis whilst also lining the colon. Psyllium husk or Isabgol is commonly used as a bulk laxative, adding volume to the stool while softening it for easy elimination. Triphala is the classic Ayurvedic bowel cleanser which also removes toxins from the body whilst balancing all 3 Doshas. Yastimadhu or Liquorice is a soothing demulcent herb that lubricates the mucus membranes.

Ingredients

Each tablet 500 mg tablet contains powders of:
Psyllium husk (Plantago Ovata), Amalaki (Emblica Officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia Belerica),
Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula), Yastimadhu (Glycyrrhiza Glabra)

Suggested use

1 -2 capsules before bedtime or during the day, as directed by your Ayurvedic Practitioner.
