Sitopaladi is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation used for bolstering the immune system and promoting healthy function of the respiratory system. It has been used for centuries to combat colds and flus.

A natural expectorant it supports healthy functioning of the lungs and sinuses, by removing excess Kapha, Vata and Pitta from the head and chest. Commonly used for treating coughs, burning sensation in hands and feet, low digestive power, low grade fevers, allergic rhinitis, and hives.

Ingredients

Each 500 mg capsule contains powders of:
Vamshalochana (Bambusa arundinacea), Pippali - long pepper (Piper longum), Ela - cardamon (Elettaria cardamomum), Twak - cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Misri (Rock sugar)

Suggested use

1 -2 capsules before or after meals or as directed by your Healthcare Practitioner

Contradictions
