Product description
Restore a sense of balance and ease with Triveda’s Vata Balancing Oil, a grounding herbal oil crafted to support daily self-massage practices.
Formulated with a blend of Ashwagandha, Bala, Nirgundi, Gokshura, and Yashtimadhu infused into a sesame oil base, this Ayurvedic oil is suited to qualities associated with Vata, such as dryness and lightness. When used in massage, it promotes a feeling of warmth, steadiness, and overall comfort in the body.
Applied regularly as part of a self-care routine, it supports relaxation and helps create a sense of calm and stability in daily life.
Our oils are prepared using classical Ayurvedic methods, with herbs processed into the oil using traditional techniques to create a rich formulation for external use. Due to the use of whole herbal ingredients, the oil has a naturally strong aroma. It can be diluted or blended with a preferred oil if desired.
If you are new to Ayurvedic oils, we recommend starting with the 100ml size to experience it as part of your routine.
