Product description

Nasya (nasal oil application) is a traditional Ayurvedic practice used as part of a daily self-care routine to support the care of the nasal passages and head region.

Anu Tailam is a classical Ayurvedic oil used in Nasya. It is applied in small amounts to the nostrils to help maintain comfort and moisture within the nasal passages as part of a regular routine.

In Ayurveda, the nose is considered an important pathway to the head, and Nasya is traditionally associated with supporting clarity and balance in this area. When used regularly, it promotes a sense of lightness, clarity, and overall wellbeing.

Prepared using classical Ayurvedic methods, herbs are processed into a base oil using traditional techniques to create a rich oil for external use.
